MODEL TRAIN SHOW!!

The High Desert Modular Model Railroad Club (HDMMRC) is an HO Scale modular model

railroad group that promotes this fascinating and diverse hobby in the

Antelope Valley region of Southern California.

As part of the Desert Tortoise Days festivities, we’ll be displaying our large HO scale model

railroad layout at the Strata Sports Center in California City’s Central Park on May 1-2, 2010.

You'll see many passenger and freight trains passing through detailed scenes

representative of California including a harbor, lumber mill, city, industrial complexes,

countrysides, an airport, and an old west town.

Along with the operating scale trains we'll

have other railroad displays and a table or two of model railroad items for sale.

When: Saturday (5/1) 10am-5pm; Sunday (5/2) 10am-4pm
