The California City Optimist Club had their own Dragon Slayer at the Renaissance Faire

Dragon Slayer Sir Roy Sanders and his apprentices Lady Karen said Sanders, Lady Kathy said Sellard, Lady Linda said Waldheim, Lady Emily said Getts and Lady Ann said Richardson prepared, cooked and served the best Dragon meat you can find this side of the foreign territory called Texas.

Also helped by apprentice Sir Ed Waldheim, Sir Michael Edmiston and Sir Michael Sellard, the Dragon Slayer Eatery became so popular during this re-enactment of this 18 Century period that the Queen herself presented Sir Sanders with the famous Royal Emerald Jewel... A sign of excellence!

That is how the Optimists mix pleasure and business... They try to have fun when they do a fundraiser for the Kids. During the whole year, Optimists organize activities to benefit our Youth and coach them into becoming the Best they can be. Thanks again to all the "Noblesse" mentioned above for doing such a great job for our Kids.
