Facts on Wonder Acres Water
Situation Continued
Why can't they spend to protect the citizens of Wonder Acres,
Why won't they? The lives of people that live in the thirty five homes here, the
business that is growing here and the fact, the city should keep its promise
when made during annexation of Wonder Acres and when they invited my corporation
here. We must be worth more, than the blue sky they keep spending on. All of these projects have no citizens in danger on an
everyday basis, homes or personal belonging's that could be lost, all have been
instituted after I came here and after Promises were made to me for water and
fire protections, not counting they annexed Wonder Acres in, in 1991 because
they needed it, so they say, the housing track was there, they have known all
along these people were in danger because of low water pressure, but they have
taken no action. And now they plan more big things that they can't do before
they fix this problem, enough spending on these of what I believe to be the
“Good Old Boy Projects”. It's time to keep your promises and protect your
citizens especially those you have chosen, we weren't forced on this city
neither were the citizen's in Wonder Acres. Mr. Bevins Stop the Bull and finish my water lines, get the
pressure to those lines that have to be there. Mark my roads so people don't get
killed looking for the road that leads to the studio, 15th street, and Pesch. I
have to say it is strange that even roads that lead to nowhere are marked coming
up CCB, why not mine, after 8 years and a promise of roads, mine are not marked,
you can't even drive on mine, yet all the others they at least
get graded regularly, even though ours
can bring business to town. Start treating us with same respect, we treat this
City with. Please for the last time, someone in this city take the
initiative and Check Mr. Bevins statements for facts. And last of all, where is
the transparency? I'm not intimidating I'm laying out facts. If anyone thinks I am intimidating this city look at what
they did, they coerced me to build here, rezoned my property, sent
workers, material and equipment to show they were serious, found out they were
wrong, kept saying they would fix it, even though they know they can't.
They dropped the ball on me, and that's just “Good Old Boy Crap” to the
hilt, and I'm stuck with them. I'm not intimidating anyone, I have been wronged
and I won’t stand for it. The only thing I know how to do is to go to the press
and create a show around this, that's not intimidating if your right, it's not
my fault the city is intimidated by them. There is plenty of dirt in this city.
Let’s dig it all up. Russell Michael
